ATHLETE365 BUSiNESS ACCELERATOR iS BACK! WELCOME TO AN EXCiTiNG ENTREPRENEURiAL JOURNEY! Over the following months we will guide and support you in setting up your own business in a sustainable way through an engaging and practical program. By signing up for Athlete365 Business Accelerator you mastered already the hurdle of overcoming yourself and starting today. The programme will provide you with the support, guidance and tools you need to spark your inner entrepreneur and launch your own business, regardless of where you’re starting from or planning to go. The first part of Athlete365 Business Accelerator is a three-hour virtual bootcamp with athletes from your region. HANGOUT 3: 17 JUNE 2021, 15:00 - 16:00 CET PREPARATION OF YOUR APPLICATION FOR PHASE 3 (Olympians only / Applications to be submitted May 28th - June 11th, 2021) Selected Olympians only will participate in the ACCELERATION Acceleration that will span over 6 month. This phase PHASE 3: aims to accelerate your business with one-to-one coaching from a local mentor within your region, and monthly online training from experts around the world.

BOOTCAMP AGENDA DETAILS - TEAM C HOW TO DEVELOP AN IDEA & BUSINESS MODEL – PRESENTATION & INTERACTIVE EXERCISES Bootcamp trainer Leonhard Nima will give you an introduction into the basics of what it needs to define or refine your business idea. He will also guide you through critical steps of moving forward with your business model. Be prepared for an inspiring presentation with interactive elements that will spark your entrepreneurial mindset! ATHLETE ENTREPRENEUR IMPULSE Entrepreneurship is a constant learning process! How have other entrepreneurs managed to overcome barriers? What kept them motivated in challenging times? Gain first-hand insights from athlete entrepreneur Kady Kanoute Tounkara (Basketball player, founder of African athlete support foundation) that have participated in the first batch of Athlete365 Business Accelerator! GROUP WORK Working on existing business cases is the most effective way to apply learnings and trigger new thoughts. We have invited established businesses to present their cases and prepare a task on which you can work with your fellow participants. In Team C, Mellowcabs’ Director Neil du Preez will explain how they manufacture and operate electric mini-cabs to provide low cost, eco-friendly and convenient taxi & transport services. HOST - TEAM C YOKO YOUSSOUF PROGRAM MANAGER AT YUNUS SPORTS HUB Yoko Youssouf is Program Manager at the Yunus Sport Hub. In that role, she gets to combine her two passions: empowering human beings and sport. In particular, she supports athletes around the world becoming successful entrepreneurs. Before being involved with the YSH in the creation of solutions in and through sport, she led solidarity projects with international NGOs in Asia. Yoko speaks French, English and Spanish. She played handball in an elite sport school in France and graduated with a Master degree of International Relations in Australia. Nowadays, she can be found reading a book on the beach in Barcelona, Spain, and from time to training Muay Thai in Phuket, Thailand. TRAINER & EXPERT - TEAM C LEONHARD NIMA EDUCATiON ADViSOR YUNUS SPORTS HUB, FOUNDER OF STUDiO NiMA & N3XTCODER Leonhard Nima’s expertise builds on social business work experience in more than 15 countries. In his roles as education advisor to the Yunus Sports Hub, founder of Studio Nima and N3XTCODER, he has incubated, mentored and advised more than 100 social businesses and start-ups. Leo also works as a moderator and speaker at international conferences, such as the Global Social Business Summit, One Young World & TEDx. He was an Adjunct Professor at the Master of Social Entrepreneurship at Hult International Business School in San Francisco & London. Leonhard worked as Head of Academia at The Grameen Creative Lab founded by Nobel Peace Prize Laureate Prof. Muhammad Yunus. Previously, he worked for the management consulting company Accenture and as a financial analyst for the international communication agency Avantgarde. VIRTUAL BOOTCAMP ROLE: Leo will be your ideation and business model expert and guide you through the whole session! NEIL DU PREEZ FOUNDER OF MELLOWVANS Neil du Preez is the founder and leader of the award-winning MellowVans, which is a South African developer of light electric vehicles. MellowVans are electric delivery vehicles that provide low cost, efficient and emission-free utility services in cities. Neil is passionate about urban transport and the development of last mile delivery solutions. Furthermore he has been granted several personal and business awards, among them the Global Gifted Citizen Award, the Siemens Foundation’s Empowering People Award and winning the African Entrepreneurship Award. ATHLETE- TEAM C KADY KANOUTÉ TOUNKARA BASKETBALL PLAYER, CO-FOUNDER OF PAN AFRiCAN SPORTS FOUNDATiON Kady Kanouté Tounkara is a Malian and French citizen who participated in the Olympic Games Beijing 2008 as co-captain of the Mali women's basketball team. She was a professional player for several years in Europe and a five-time French national champion and African champion before completing her Marketing and Management degree at Fordham University in New York. Named in 2013 as President of Zone 2 on the Association of National Olympic Committees of Africa (ANOCA) Athletes’ Commission, Kanouté Tounkara volunteers to represent, empower and educate athletes. She is a lead trainer and a Steering Committee member of the IOC Athlete Career Programme (ACP) Outreach and has delivered workshops in over 35 different countries. Kanouté Tounkara is also an advocate for clean sport and the Chair of the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) Education Committee. She has taken part in different WADA outreach programmes, delivered workshops in over 50 countries and was a member of the WADA Independent Observers team at the Olympic Winter Games PyeongChang 2018. Together with Olympian fellow Aya Nakitanda, Kady Kanoute Tounkara is launching a foundation to support African athletes and their communities, with guidance from the Athlete365 Business Accelerator programme. VIRTUAL BOOTCAMP ROLE: Kady will share her experience as an athlete entrepreneur and participant of the Atlete365 Business Accelerator Batch from 2019/2021!

With the use of it, online collaborations in large and small groups becomes almost as easy as it used to be offline. You will see, operating Miro is very intuitive!
