                                                                   from Taylor Wimpey Strategic Developments where he was Director
                                                                   of the hugely successful Strategic Land Business.

    Managing Director

    Luke joined the business in March 2019 as Development Director. With
    over 30 years in the housing industry, Luke brings valuable experience
    from all aspects of the development process.
    Joining from Avant Homes where he rose to Operations Director and
    helped grow and develop operational disciplines in the Midlands
    region over a period of 3 years. Previous to this he had spent many
    years involved in the growth of Persimmon Homes Technical and
    Commercial departments.

ANDY MOREHEN
Land Director

Andy joined Barwood Homes as Land Director in February 2018 and
has some 20 years’ land experience in the development industry,
with Kier, Hubert C Leach and Abbey Developments.

Andy heads the land team in identifying and the purchase of suitable
sites to meet the company’s immediate and long term development
requirements. Andy works closely with landowners, agents and has
a team of trusted consultants to ensure every land purchase and
application is thoughtfully considered.

                                                             Senior Land & Planning Manager

                                                             Ned has worked in Planning for over 10 years in a variety of Roles.
                                                             Having worked within Local Authority planning teams, planning
                                                             consultancy and two of the nation’s biggest housebuilders Ned joined
                                                             Barwood as Senior Land and Planning Manager in August 2018.
                                                             Ned works closely with the Land Director, Andy, to seek and acquire
                                                             land. He also manages the planning function of the homes business
                                                             to ensure our schemes are submitted and determined within
                                                             appropriate timescales. Ned takes a proactive role in the acquisition
                                                             of new strategic and immediate sites and can therefore deal with
                                                             land promotion work and detailed immediate applications.
