Kindergarten Kaleidoscope

 This is a mandatory event that gives our
Kindergarten team a brief glimpse of your
    child’s readiness for Kindergarten.

Staggered Start
      Staggered Start is a way for kindergarten students to transition slowly to
    traditional school. Each day, five to six (5-6) kindergarten students will attend
    school in each kindergarten classroom. This small group setting will allow your
           child to adjust to the routines and expectations of kindergarten.

REGISTRATION REQUIREMENTS
Palm Beach County Schools are closed until further notice. Please gather the necessary documentation for
registration & we’ll keep you posted as soon as we’re able to return to school and complete the registration
process. Please email me with your intent to register, child’s name and email along with a phone number and
we will contact you once the process opens. I can also answer any questions at:

 1.   A COMPLETED REGISTRATION FORM- THIS CAN BE FOUND ON THE DISTRICT WEBSITE
      PALMBEACHSCHOOLS.ORG JUST SEARCH THE WORD REGISTRATION.
 2.   TWO CURRENT PROOFS OF RESIDENCY IN THE PARENT OR GUARDIANS NAME-A LIST OF ACCEPTABLE
      PROOFS CAN BE FOUND ON THE DISTRICT WEBSITE.
 3.   BIRTH CERTIFICATE OR OTHER ACCEPTABLE PROOF OF AGE-THE STUDENT HAS TO TURN 5 ON OR BEFORE
      SEPTEMBER 1ST, 2020.
 4.   A CURRENT FL IMMUNIZATION FORM (DH680) OR A RELIGIOUS EXEMPTION.
 5.   A COMPLETE FL PHYSICAL FORM (DH3040). IT MUST BE DATED WITHIN A YEAR OF THE FIRST DAY OF
      SCHOOL. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO FILL OUT THE PARENT PORTION.

Dolphins Dress Code
TOPS
Solid Color Logo t-shirts (Sold through our PTA)
Solid Color Collared Shirts. (Any Color)
Solid Color Dresses (Any Color)

BOTTOMS
Shorts, jumpers, skirts, pants and capris must be worn at fingertip length or longer.
All bottoms must be worn appropriately at the waist and be free of rips and holes.

SHOES
Must have closed toe and closed heel shoes at all times
Sneakers are required on P.E. days
