Currently we have places available at Campbelltown and Hawkesbury. We encourage your students to make their applications and secure their acceptances as soon as possible before all the available places fill up for 2021. FEE DEPOSITS FOR COE FOR ONSHORE STUDENTS 2021 and 2022 Many onshore students are planning ahead for our mid-year intake in 2021 and seeking to lock their study plan early with Western Sydney. To assist students in these continuing challenging times we are extending our $5,000 deposit COEs for
study on all courses commencing in Spring Session, 2021 July intake. Students wishing to secure their places on our courses for that intake will be able to pay $5,000 for their COE and then pay the balance by 18 June 2021. Western Sydney International have also decided to extend this offer to our Autumn Session (March) and January Nursing intake in 2022. This will allow your students a chance to lock in their study with Western Sydney early at a reduced cost. For any student commencing in our Nursing program in January 2022 the balance payment in full will be due on 1 December 2021. For any students commencing in Autumn (March) 2022 their fee balance will be due on 1 February 2022. AGENT COMMISSIONS As you will be aware Western Sydney International has moved to make our commissions process smoother by adopting a one payment commission system mid-2020. You will now only need to invoice once instead of by semester for your commission for each student. In order to further improve our commission processing we will be switching from Ascent One to the Studylink system from this semester March 2021. You will soon receive a letter to formally vary the existing agreement between you and Western Sydney University regarding this change to our invoicing and payment process. At this time, we will ask you to confirm your Finance Team contact details, as we will be using these details for all communications to you regarding your commission payments. If you have any questions in regard to this we encourage you to reach out to our International Finance Team at wsifinance@westernsydney.edu.au.
