And the Lones Scout Group is exactly that; adult and youth members become a family. So when one of those members becomes sick, you will pull out all the stops to help that person. This is what Michael ‘Spanner’ Fuller has done. He raised money for Brain Cancer Research. Spanner made woggles to sell for Brain Cancer Research in a wonderful cause called “Hearts for Hathi”, and over Murum, week long Lones Camp held at Canobolas Scout Camp, he raised $400! If anyone would like to support Hearts for Hathi and get a woggle, email Spanner on michael.spanner@tgwscouts.org.au and he can send them off to you. All money raised will be donated straight to the Brain Cancer Awareness Foundation. 18
