If we notice a violation, our goal is to get to a positive resolution by working with the homeowner to remedy the violation in a timely manner. 1 INSPECTION MRCC staff members perform compliance drives through each neighborhood in Morrison Ranch. Music and lighting must be turned off by 10PM RULES FOR CHRISTMAS/WINTER DISPLAYS Per MRCC Design Guidelines 3.10.2 Christmas decorations may be displayed | Nov. 25 – Jan. 15 Christmas lighting may be displayed | Nov. 25 – Jan. 15 Decorations must be specific to the holiday. Music and lighting must be turned off by 10PM POLITICAL SIGNAGE Election season is upon us. As a reminder, political signage may be placed out no earlier than 71 days prior and no later than three days after Election Day. SPORTS TEAM & POLITICAL FLAGS Sports team flags may be placed out no earlier than one week before the season officially begins and must be removed no later than one week after the season ends. Political flags may only be US presidential candidate flags and may be placed out no earlier than 71 days prior and no later than three days after the National Election Day (every four years). No other political flags will be permitted. Flags must be maintained in good condition at all times. The size of the flag may not exceed 3’ x 5’. Flags that are torn, ripped, faded, etc., constitute grounds for fines and removal. Flags shall not be offensive in nature. The Board of Directors shall make this determination at its sole discretion. 8 | MRLIVING

Did you know there is a fantastic resource for family safety tips right at your fingertips? Safe Kids Worldwide is a nonprofit organization that works to help families and communities keep kids safe from injuries. Preventable injuries are the #1 killer of kids in the United States and over one million kids worldwide. Kids will fall off their bikes or trip and skin their knees, but there are things we can do to avoid serious injuries.
