Audit (at the example of Actual Personnel Costs) I • PERSONNEL COSTS • The employees were directly hired by the Beneficiary in accordance with its national legislation, under the Beneficiary’s responsibility and remunerated in accordance with the Beneficiary’s usual practices • Personnel costs did not contain any ineligible elements • There were no discrepancies between the personnel costs charged to the action and the costs recalculated by the Auditor • The employees were charged under the correct category • PRODUCTIVE HOURS • Productive hours were calculated annually • The calculation of the number of ‘annual workable hours’, overtime and absences was verifiable based on the documents provided by the Beneficiary • The ‘annual productive hours used for calculating the hourly rate were consistent with the usual cost accounting practices of the Beneficiary Novihum Technologies GmbH - CONFIDENTIAL - 15 - 15
