LUMINOUSTAR, the insulation paint, is an attractive product, which is odorless and
can be used for pre-existing buildings, pipeline or even cloth.
Attractive Characteristic of LUMINOUSTAR
◼ High durability, scalability, heat insulation ability, and waterproof quality（⇒ P.5）
→ Other than it’s original character of heat insulation, LUMINOUSTAR has high
durability, scalability, and waterproof ability. It is effective for ger which are folded
when moved from place to place.
◼ Wide range of potential application（⇒ P.6）
→ LUMINOUSTAR can be used for various things, including pre-existing building, pipeline
or even cloth.
◼ Easy to use
→ LUMINOUSTAR doesn’t require complex process when it is used. Even an amateur can
use the paint without professional training.
◼ Harmless to Body, without Odor
→ LUMINOUSTAR is harmless to human body of course, it can be a mild or slight odor right
after being painted, but will be odorless after it dries.（24 hours after being painted）

LUMINOUSTAR is also used at places such as South Pole and Africa.
Starting from Fukushima, Japan where natural disaster frequently occur, the product
is expected to further develop by going through Mongolia and by spreading to
neighboring countries with similar temperature conditions.

The Mongolian government implemented several air pollution counter measures including the
National Programme on the Reduction of Air and Environmental Pollution (2017-2021), but air
condition hasn’t recovered yet and are still in severe condition.

Increasing heat keeping effect in winter and air conditioning effect in summer by high
thermal insulation performance.
Characteristic
1. High heat insulation ability
Has thermal conductivity of 0.09w/(m・k), which is higher compared to other insulation material.
Condensation could also be prevented by the product.
2. High scalability
Coating film can stretch more than 250%, which can cover the cracks to preserve aesthetics.
3. High durability
Had a result of over 5000 hours, in JIS K 5600-7-7 duration test.
It is without crack, bulge, peeling or discoloration, and can keep aesthetics for long period.
4. High adhesibility
Adhesibility of 4 times more than JIS standard (Can be used for long period without peeling).
5. Maintain temperature inside the building

and can save energy. It offers life extension to buildings and produce economic effect.

LUMINOUSTAR can be applied to various buildings such as school, hospital and Ger or
even industrial pipe network in Mongolia.
LUMINOUSTAR is applicable mainly to external / internal walls and roofs.

refined in business verification survey. Full-scale business including the establishment and start of
local subsidiary is planned to follow. Only if huge demand could be confirmed after this particular
seminar, earlier start of business development could be possible.
