To Whom it May Concern,
I am writing you to tell you about an exciting possibility to sponsor the MW Xperience
Event – September 20, 2015 in Paramount Ranch, Agoura Hills, California. This one day
event will be a unique occasion to reach a targeted audience of outdoor, trail running
and obstacle racing enthusiasts. Through Operation Kindness th MW Xperience benefits
local charities and helps support those in need. Get involved and show your support for
this fantastic event.
MUDDY WARRIORS™ XPERIENCE is a trail run with fun obstacles that runners must attempt
in order to be marked as “Finished”. Participants may register as an individual or register
with a team. The MW XPERIENCE is about not quitting, helping people around you that
need it, and pushing yourself outside of your comfort zone. There are 3 courses: 1 Mile, 5K
and 10K. The event will take place at the Paramount Ranch in Agoura Hills, CA and after
finishing the run, the runners and their guests will attend the post-race event with food,
drinks, music and other activities for the families.
To make this exciting event as special as possible, we’d like to include your company. By
becoming a sponsor you are not only helping some very special families, you are also
benefiting the health and wellbeing of the community at large by getting them to take
part in an active and healthy lifestyle.
There are multiple levels of sponsorship available and are detailed in the following pages.
All of our sponsorships are a guideline and we would be happy to discuss any additional
opportunities that may better compliment your company’s marketing plan. Please note
we can accept up to a 50% trade in product for each sponsorship level. Sign-up Now at

least 100 mini water bottles at the exhibit booth in the Main Expo Area

Booth Sponsor - $250
Booth Sponsors will get a 10 x 10 booth space at the expo and have their booth
listed in appropriate marketing materials for the event.
Goodie Bag Participant – $50
Sponsors will be able to provide materials to be inserted in the goodie bag given
to the participants.

Supporting Sponsorship
Any company who donates $50.00 - $200.00 in cash or product will be listed as a
supporting sponsor. As a supporting sponsor your company’s name will be listed on the
website and on our sponsorship banner displayed at the event.

File Submission Guidelines
Thank you for choosing to be a sponsor and support the Muddy Warriors Xperience. We
are grateful for your involvement and support. When submitting logos, please follow the
guidelines outlined below:
Logos need to be submitted within three (3) days from the sponsorship commitment. Final
deadline for logo is August 15th. The preferred file format is a vector file (illustrator CS or
higher) with extension of either “.ai” or “.eps”. Please make sure that if fonts are used in
the logo, they are outlined to ensure proper branding representation. Photoshop
created files are acceptable as well and saved as “.psd”,“.tif”, “.eps”, or “.jpg”. The files
must be a minimum of 300 dpi and not less than 2” wide x 2” tall. Web based logos are
not permitted for print.
Logos can be emailed to print@muddywarriorsx.com and if you are able to upload them
to an FTP site, we can download the necessary files from that portal.
All food/water products (not including fruit) should arrive no later than Tuesday, 9/8/2015.
