MGS Skills Update Welcome to the first MGS Skills Update of 2021. This new year we are celebrating with a fantastic new opportunity and partnership with Glasgow College and the launch of our Business Support Programme. We are also looking for your support on our aims for the future of our Modern Apprenticeships. Contents Kickstart Scheme: The Kickstart Scheme We have been accepted as a Gateway organisation for a number of the museums and galleries that we Business Support Programme applied on behalf of. The programme is due to start at the end of April 2021 and will begin with our Leadership strand, which will focus on leadership styles, personal and professional development, change and performance management.
