Marie Stuart Edwards changed the course of women’s Campaign Fundraising Goal history. $105,000 Ratification of the 19th Funds raised as of Amendment and women August 6, 2021 casting their first ballot ever as citizens happened in 1920, $67,530 thanks to Marie. Women from all over the United States stepped off the trains in Peru to find Marie waiting with a plan to win the 19th Amendment and build confidence in voting.
