OVERVIEW The IMU Medicine programme consists of two phases: Medical Sciences and Clinical Sciences. The first phase, Medical Sciences, is 2½ years and takes place at the University’s campus in Bukit Jalil, Kuala Lumpur. Thereafter, students in the IMU MBBS Programme continues with the second phase, Clinical Sciences, at the Clinical Campus in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan for 2 years before completing the final 6 months at the Clinical Campuses in Kluang or Batu Pahat, Johor. Students opting for the Partner Medical School (PMS) programme will continue the Clinical Sciences at the respective PMS overseas for another 2 to 3½ years depending on the PMS. All students must take these modules and pass as a prerequisite for the award of the degree.
