CONFIDENTIAL ▪ NJVSS has an internet portal that allows members of the public to pre-register and then schedule an appointment Sign up with your smartphone's ▪ The registration process screens recipients for eligibility browser at https://covidvaccine.nj.gov/ and captures critical demographic information New Jersey ▪ There is also a provider-facing app that allows clinics to OR Vaccine Scheduling check in recipients and capture vaccine dosage Aim your information smartphone's System camera at this ▪ Data from NJVSS is automatically transferred to NJIIS, code meaning there is no need for clinic staff to manually enter Recommended data ▪ NJVSS is a secure system that providers can access using any web browser; QR scanning technology works on tablet and mobile devices using iOS or Android1 1. NJ Vaccine Call Center – Opened week of Jan 25 As of January 27, NJ Vaccine Call Center is open and assisting new users on the New Jersey Vaccine Scheduling System (NJVSS). In the near future, Call Center will assist consumers to look up previous registrations, schedule appointments and edit appointments at the vaccine sites that use NJVSS. Soon, we are also exploring adding registration capabilities for additional Mega Sites. Due to limited vaccine supply, availability of appointments is currently limited across the State. As appointments become available throughout the week, call center representatives will be able to support those needing assistance to schedule an appointment. For all other non-NJVSS sites and some mega sites, we are guiding consumers to the contact information for these sites.
