Comprehensive Plan Update

The Comprehensive Plan Advisory Committee (CPAC) held its first
meeting on January 13, 2023 and went over the following items:

• An overview of the Town’s current Comprehensive Plan
• Interactive activities and discussions related to the Town’s existing
  development patterns
• Reviewed the Town’s future preferred growth scenarios
• Between Freese and Nichols, Inc. and CPAC, we also began discussing
  and drafting the Comprehensive Plan’s Community Vision chapter
• As of right now, public hearings with Planning & Zoning and Town Council
  are tentatively scheduled for late summer 2023
