The purpose of this report is to provide you with an update as to
 where the district is with each of the bond projects as of today.
            Currently the projects that design groups and district personnel
                              have been working on are:

                         • Oliver Brown Elementary School
                        • Eugene Field Early Learning Center
                      • Anthony and Eisenhower Middle Schools
                             • Manhattan High School
                              • Lee Elementary School
                            • Marlatt Elementary School
                           • Bergman Elementary School
                                • District Warehouse
                                 • Central Kitchen

Eugene Field Early Learning Centers -- BG Consultants/Alloy Architects and BHS-Hutton
Eugene Field
• The building pad for the new addition is ready to go.
• The City did approve the storm drainage for the north/south and west/south drainage that goes through the
  district property. This is a separate contract through BHS construction. So, this work will be done while our
  site is torn up.
• They are keeping up with the SWIPP program for site runoff.
• Framing of interior walls has begun.
• The removal of the southeast playground is taking place this week.
• They are getting their under slab plumbing in place in the existing school.
• Ductwork that is running through the attic is being installed.
• Abandoned cistern has been filled with flow able fill.

Eugene Field

Oliver Brown Elementary – BG Consultants/Alloy Architects and BHS-Hutton

 •   The east drive and parking lot are complete.
 •   Sidewalks will begin this week on the east side.
 •   Fence post have been set and waiting on the mow strip to be poured before fabric can be stretched.
 •   The building is all dried in overhead as far as roofing goes. Roofers ae now working on cap sheets.
 •   Metal roofing sheets also started to go down on the K-1 pod and the 2-3 pod.
 •   Overhead rough in continues in area B and the medial center.
 •   Gas piping is all done and mechanical systems will start up later this week or next.
 •   Plumbing fixtures continue to be set through out the building.
 •   Electricians continue to hang fixtures and wire them up.
 •   Getting close to be done with fire sprinkler and alarm in areas B and C.
 •   Drywall crews continued to hang in area C and will be moving into the media center.
 •   Metal exterior panels continue.
 •   EIFS continues on the exterior canopies.
 •   Concrete polishing will start up again next week along with epoxy flooring.
 •   Millwork crews continue to set casework.
 •   Toilet partitions are in and will start to be hung.

Bergman Elementary School – BG Consultants and BHS-Hutton

 •   The rest of the parking was poured today.
 •   The bus lane in front of the school was poured last week.
 •   They will begin sidewalks next week.
 •   The storm shelter ceiling was sprayed with dry-fall last week and they have been working on the ceiling clouds.
 •   Administration area outside of the south wing is all primed and ready for casework.
 •   Casework did show up for this area and will be installed this week. The countertop for the main reception area
     will be in on May 10th.
 •   Thursday this week they will pull the main power from the old mechanical room through the old gym and into
     the new storm shelter.

Bergman Elementary School

Eisenhower and Anthony Middle Schools – BG Consultants/Alloy Architects and McCown Gordon Construction
Anthony Middle School
• Area E - MCG is working on their internal punch list.
• All doors have been swung.
• Area F – floor polishing guys are working on the corridors
• Next week the carpet installers will be there for the band and orchestra rooms.
• MCM is working on getting temp rock out of the area and installing top soil.
• Manko still has some miscellaneous windows and a set of doors that needs to be installed.
• Still some concrete work that needs to take place around the building.

Eisenhower Middle School
• Area E -MCG is working on their internal punch list.
• All doors have been swung.
• Area F – All the floors around the band and orchestra rooms have been polished.
• Band and orchestra rooms are getting prepped for carpet.
• Doors in this area will be swung next week.
• All sidewalks are poured except for in front by the rec center.
• Roofers still working on details.

Manhattan High School – Gould Evans and McCown Gordon Construction
•   East side – all the rough grading is done.
•   46 piers are complete and they are now working on the deep grade beam foundations.
•   All construction access is off the north road.
•   Their subcontractor will begin to start taking of the rain screen of the existing building.

•   West side – half of the concrete curb or ring has been poured around where the synthetic turf field will be.
•   The pad is ready for the tennis courts. The sub contractor for this work will begin around May 3rd.
•   Rothwell continues to work on retaining walls.
•   Concrete slabs have been poured between the existing building and the new locker room area.
•   Locker room slabs have been poured.
•   They will pour the gym floor next week.
•   Wellness Center slab will be poured later this week.
•   All RTU units have been set.
•   Contractors is working on the roof of the mezzanine.

District Warehouse – Gould Evans and McCown Gordon Construction

  •   The concrete contractor has been working on the loading dock.
  •   The recessed portion of the dock for the dock leveler has been poured.
  •   The metal panels are to arrive this Friday. We are waiting to find out the installation schedule.
  •   MCG is working on installing a toe board around the mezzanine for safety purposes.
  •   MCG will start putting the storm shelter together next week or the week after.
  •   Trash enclosure still needs to be built.

District Warehouse

Projects Not Currently In Construction Marlatt
Elementary School – BG Consultants and BHS-Hutton
• Nothing new to report as this time.

Central Kitchen
• GEA and MCG are working on a budget set of drawings after our last review meeting with
  Stephanie.

Reminder of What Schools are Moving This Summer…..

• Bergman Elementary – entire school of the building
• Eisenhower Middle School – all classrooms and secondary spaces – moving to gym – move new furniture in
  wing
• Anthony Middle School – all classrooms and secondary spaces - moving to gym – move new furniture in new
  wing.
• Marlatt Elementary – main hallway, kitchen and SPED room – moving to cafeteria
• Lee Annexes – moving completely out
• MHSW – Selective areas – somewhere in the MHSW campus
• District Warehouse – moving out of leased warehouse and existing warehouse to new warehouse
• Oliver Brown – moving in all furniture and supplies
