This year marks the 80th annual festival. It is my pleasure & honour to welcome you here & thank you for supporting this annual event. A special welcome to our adjudicators for sharing their talents & expertise. Many thanks to all of the financial supporters. Without you, this event could not happen. Thank you for investing in this community event & believing that music enriches our community. Our Music Festival would not be possible without the dedicated volunteers who give of their time. They have worked hard to make this event happen. We also appreciate those who have served in years past. Thank you to each one who has given of your time, effort & hard work. Last year’s festival was canceled one week before the planned date due to Covid19. The festival committee worked quickly to put on a virtual festival allowing the competitors to showcase the music that they worked so hard on. This year will also look different from other years but we are happy to be able to have a music festival in accordance with the guidelines put in place by Saskatchewan Health Authority. I am excited about the future of the Nipawin Music Festival. Thank you for being part of it. Wishing all participants the very best for a rewarding Music Festival of 2021. Sincerely, Jamie Hildebrandt Page 2 Nipawin Music Festival
