MARATHON RELAY FINAL INSTRUCTIONS SUNDAY 27 JUNE 2021 STAGGERED STARTS BETWEEN 07:00 AND 08:10 StadiumMK, Stadium Way, Milton keynes, MK1 1ST www.mkmarathon.com

There is increasing evidence to show that exercise can promote joint health by increasing muscle strength, maintaining range of movement, and increasing the stability of the joint.
