ITINERARY
DAY: 01 AHMEDABAD TO DELHI (BY AIR)
The trip will start from Ahmedabad
Airport in the morning at 8 o’clock. From
here we will board our flight to Delhi and
will reach at around 12:00. After
reaching Delhi we will board our Volvo
bus to Manali.
DAY: 02 MANALI BASECAMP SITE
We will reach Manali Basecamp by
morning. After Breakfast, the first half
of the day will be at leisure. After
Lunch, spend the second half of the day
enjoying rope course activities like
Bamboo Bridge, sloth walk, Burma
Bridge etc. Enjoy the evening tea with
Snacks & music with a Bonfire.
Overnight stay in tents at the base camp
DAY: 03 BASECAMP SITE TO KUFRI TOP
CAMP
After an early breakfast, we will begin the
journey with a short drive & then a trek to
Kufri top camp. It’s a 30 minutes drive by a
cab or an open jeep to jalhora/Gadani then
3 to 4 km trek to Kufri top. On your trek,
enjoy the view of the Snowcapped
Mountains, local houses & temples, apple
orchids and pine forests, the beauty of
Himalayas. After reaching Kufri camp, we
will serve a delicious lunch. Spend some
time at leisure and enjoy the evening with a
campfire followed by a dinner. Overnight
stay in alpine tents.
DAY: 04 KUFRI TOP TO TILLA TOP
After a scrumptious breakfast, we will
proceed to Tilla Top (snow point). It’s a 2
to 3 hours trek to the Peak. On the top,
enjoy a 360-degree view of the beautiful
Himalayan range and the valley. Enjoy
the free time here by indulging in snow
activities and games. By afternoon, we
will descend towards the campsite at
Kufri top. Enjoy the evening at leisure by
the side campfire with music and a
delicious dinner. Overnight stay in alpine
tents.
DAY: 05 KUFRI CAMP – BASECAMP SITE
On this day after breakfast, will we will
move to back to our Manali basecamp.
After lunch, indulge in some adventure
activities like Zipline and other group
games and activities. For making the night
more memorable, we add some Music
v with campfire along with dinner.
Overnight at camp.
DAY: 06 MANALI SIGHTSEEING - DELHI
After Breakfast, we will spend the first
half of day by visiting the places of
Manali. like Vashishta Kund,
Hadimbadevi Temple, Van-Vihar etc.
Spend some time at the Mall Road by
exploring local stores and shop for local
gift articles and souvenirs for your dear
ones. By evening at 4:30 we will board
Volvo for Delhi
DAY: 07 DELHI TO AHMEDABAD
We will reach Delhi by morning. Spend
the day at leisure exploring the capital
till evening to catch your back to home
with a bunch of memories and
experience of the lifetime.

We use quality Quechua Arpenaz XL3 tent. These tents are Water
resistance, Waterproof and validated in the laboratory test mission.
Area under roof breathable polyester double prevents water droplets
resulting from condensation, which is deposited on the inner face of the
double roof. The ventilation element in the spare one and two
ventilation parts on both sides of the entry to limit condensation and air
fresheners.

This sleeping bag is comfortable in temperature −5˚C/Limit temperature
11˚C & Can be twinned to sleep 2 people. Link a right zip bag to a leG zip
bag. Inner fabric: 100% polyamide. Outer fabric: 100% polyester insert:
100% polyamide and wadding: 100% polyester. The minimum
temperature at which a user feels comfortable overall − neither hot nor
cold − while huddled up in the sleeping bag (as determined for an
average male user under normal conditions of use).

This is very important thing to have hiking pole during trek. It give a
support to Hiker all along trek with comfort. This high quality pole is
made of durable light weight aluminum − Poles extend from 25.5 to 53
inches (approximately). Poles contain anti−shock springs for more
comfortable trekking. Durable tips for less for giving surfaces, rubber
foot for flat surfaces and optional snow disk for use on soGer ground
coverings.

CRAMPONS
A crampon is a traction device that is attached to footwear to improve
mobility on snow and ice during ice climbing. Not only are crampons
used during ice climbing, but they are also used for secure travel on
snow and ice, such as crossing glaciers, snowfields and ice fields,
ascending snow slopes, and scaling ice−covered rock.

2. Final Cost = Land package 11,400 (+ GST)+ Airfare (Final cost may vary due to the dynamic nature of Airfare)
3. Last Date of booking will be closed before 30 days prior
4. Team Aahvan has right to change the itinerary and schedule without any notice
5. Payment to be made by Bank Transfer/Cheque/DD in favor of AAHVAN ADVENTURES OPC PVT LTD
6. Payment for this trip will not be adjusted against any future trips
CANCELLATION POLICY
1. Before 30 days: 90% of total Land Package Cost(i.e. 11,400) is refundable
2. Between 21−30 days: 75% of total Land Package Cost is refundable
3. Between 11−20 days: 50% of total Land Package Cost is refundable
4. Less than 10 days: No refund
* Air Ticket is non refundable

hand-picked for attitude & love for the mountains as much as for absolute
trekking excellence. We do trekking in small groups, so can manage batter
services along with a team of guides and porters with mule. The porters along
with one guide travel in front of the pack to ensure that the trail is clear and to
set up the camp site in advance.
