I’m Louise, a results-driven qualified CIPD learning and development professional, specialising in people development, leadership, coaching and employee wellbeing. I generate tangible business performance benefits whilst accelerating individuals’ personal and professional growth. As an award-winning speaker, coach and trainer, I’ve been recognised for publishing two personal- development books, managing workshops, coaching, developing e-learning training programmes, conducting L&D sessions, conceptualising training plans and increasing worker performance and wellbeing. I’ve been fortunate to work for some of the largest UK organisations such as DHL, The Fire Service, E.ON and Swiss Re with a focus on professional development, employee wellbeing and multi-skilled team competencies. My work has been featured on the BBC and in magazines and newspapers such as Psychologies, Women & Home and The Daily Express. I also blog for The Huffington Post. Having worked for myself as a consultant whilst my children were young, I am now looking for a new opportunity to share my extensive knowledge and skillset within the workplace – I know I can make a substantial different to the right organisation and am looking for a business who can truly see my worth, as not just a qualified L&D professional, but also as a leader, change-maker and award-winning trainer, coach and writer.
