TRADITIONAL TUSCAN LUNCH
Our chef will surprise you with a first quality match between
wines and courses. During the wine tasting you will be
followed by our Sommelier, who will explain the secrets of
tasting wine with different kind of food.
The lunch experience consists of a vertical tasting of 15 Tuscan
traditional and gourmet products, including some special
vintages and limited editions. During this time you will learn
how to drink and combine beverage and food in the right way.
Visit and lunch will take around 3 hours.
The 4-course lunch will include:
-Appetizers: Tuscan cheeses and salami, bruschetta and
snack.
- First Course: Truffle lasagna and tuscan ribollita
- Second Course: roast meat with roast potatoes
- Dessert: Cantuccini biscuits with dessert wine

You will spend some time with the staff and family of our
Tenuta and you will share their great passion for wine and
cultivations, learning about the wines, the soil, climate, culture

Upon arrival the guests are welcome in the winery and
accompanied for a brief walking tour of this historic property.
According to the season, the customers will enjoy a delicious
lunch in the vineyard, or in a private room inside the cellar.

The medioeval village of San Gimignano (UNESCO Heritage)
holds three hundred residences, including one of the most
internationally famous towers. Originally owned by the Useppi
family, wich later became the property of the family Chigi
Saracini family, is now owned by the Giachi Family.
The Chigi Tower is one of the fourteen historical towers still
left in San Gimignano, located in the Piazza del Duomo and
dates back to 1280.
The first three floors are covered with stones, with openings to
illuminate the low lying arches. On the first floor there is a
typical portal accessible via stairs, a legacy of the struggles of
medieval life, when they slept in secure buildings with
retractable ladders.
