                               Before you vote…
                  this communication provides vital information
During this year a Bill covering radical changes to abortion law will be presented to parliament and will require
your earnest consideration before your personal conscience vote.

Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern and her Government’s plan appear to have sidelined Truth.
The plan to De-Criminalise abortion reflects some devious strategies:

1. The loud claim that women feel “victimised” by a Law designating them as “criminals”. On the contrary, the
   Crimes Act clearly states (Section A, 183,Para.2) that no woman will be prosecuted for having an abortion.
   (But let’s not have Truth interfere with a catchy story!)
2. Involvement of the Law Commission: Designed to give the Government the semblance of legal rectitude. A
   hollow result. Three options, basically administrative procedures with no reference to justice, the unborn
   child, or even lofty thoughts on abortion and morality.
3. Justice Minister Little’s decision to apply the archaic “Born alive” judgement on recognition of the unborn
   child: used 300 years ago when no Science was available re the beginning of human life, means the unborn
   doesn’t legally exist until delivered alive and breathing, thus justifying atrocities performed on the unborn,
   and pretending the scientific advancements outlined herein have never happened. It requires us to live with
   a Lie that even school kids studying biology can see through.

You will have heard and read much about women’s rights, restoring bodily autonomy and determination of use
of body, while of the baby human, there is no mention at all, and certainly no mention of baby’s rights. There is
no hidden mystery about the nature given connection between intercourse and procreation. It is universal
knowledge that the sexual act may result in pregnancy. Almost without exception, the act itself constitutes an
invitation, so there is no as claimed, kidnapping of the woman’s body. Conception is a natural result of
intercourse. It is not a disease, not dangerous bacteria, not an infection, not an unknown malady, not a
parasitic invasion, not a threatening medical condition; it is a_ new_ growing_ human being.

Abortion is not a reproductive choice and is not a health issue and should not be considered as such. In plain
accurate terms, it is the killing of a developing human being while still in a mother’s womb. Reproductive
choice should precede intercourse. That is when reproductive choice for women and men should take place, an
exercise of the intellect and the will. The choice is available as to whether or not to have children, but once a
new life has begun, that choice is already made.

It is assumed that you have read the report from the Law Commission. Please remember that this Commission
was not independent and unbiased but simply adhered to instructions from Justice Minister Andrew Little,
supporting the pro-abortion agenda of Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern, many in her anti life coalition
administration and in the Opposition. The subterfuge and machinations behind the present report and current
situation are contained in a policy document commissioned in 2010 by an anti- life activist group It was entitled
A Road Map to Abortion Law Reform and was basically the strategic plan which has now been actioned by the
Prime Minister and her allies.

The Law Commission has ignored the rights of the baby human, simply and shamefully because our laws do
not provide any rights. The Commission, dishonorably deserting science and common sense, points to other
jurisdictions where courts have reasoned erroneously that the fetus is not a separate legal person from its
mother and therefore, its rights do not prevail over the woman’s right. This is cynical legal fiction which is lethal
to innocent and vulnerable preborn children. According legal rights only at birth is founded on convenience,
rather than scientific, medical, or moral principle; – the abortion law is dependent on and rests on it. Science
emphatically confirms that the targets of the hired abortionists are living developing human beings, who from
conception have their own human identity distinct from the mother, their individual human DNA.

When a sperm successfully fertilizes an oocyte (egg), a new cell, called a zygote, is generated by their union.
The zygote represents the first stage in the life of a human being. This individual, if all goes well, develops
through the embryonic (first eight weeks) and fetal (eight weeks until birth) periods and then through infancy,
childhood, and adolescence before reaching adulthood.

Four characteristics of the unborn human (the zygote, embryo, or foetus) are important:
1. Distinct: The unborn has a DNA and body distinct from mother and father, and develops own arms, legs,
   brain, nervous system, heart, and so forth.
2. Living: The unborn meets the biological criteria for life. The unborn grows by reproducing cells; turns
   nutrients into energy through metabolism. The unborn can also respond to stimuli.
3. Human :The unborn has a human genetic signature and is also the offspring of human parents, and humans
   can only beget other humans.
4. Organism: The unborn is an organism (rather than a mere organ or tissue) - an individual whose parts work
   together for the good of the whole. Guided by a complete genetic code (46 chromosomes), needs only the
   proper environment and nutrition to develop itself through the different stages of life as a member of the
   species.

These facts about the unborn are established by the science of embryology and developmental biology and the
application of the technology of ultrasound. They are confirmed by embryology texts, scientific journals, and
other relevant authorities.

How did ultrasound change the abortion debate?
Consider what Dr. Bernard Nathanson, one of the leading abortion-rights advocates in the 1960s and 1970s,
said about the subject. By 1984, I had begun to ask myself more questions about abortion: what actually goes
on in an abortion? I had done many, but abortion is a blind procedure. The doctor does not see what he is
doing. He puts an instrument into a uterus and he turns on a motor, and the suction machine goes on and
something is vacuumed out; it ends up as a little pile of meat in a gauze bag

I wanted to know what happened, so in 1984 I said to a friend of mine, who was doing 15 or maybe 20
abortions a day, “Look, do me a favour, next Saturday, when you are doing all these abortions, put an
ultrasound device on the mother and tape it for me.” He did, and when he looked at the tapes in an editing
studio, he was so affected that he never did another abortion.” The precision of sonograms (the actual picture
of an ultrasound) is much more advanced today.

The United States, Future of Roe v Wade etc
World focus is on the U.S. Supreme Court which could, at any time soon, reverse the Roe v. Wade decision and
change the situation re abortion in many States, and also influence many countries. In view of the current
uproar fomented by the Governor of New York’s decision to support making legal all abortions to full term, (9
months), and the resultant clamour by extremists to approve “after birth abortions” (infanticide), nothing could
more clearly outline the path that De-Criminalising abortion in New Zealand will follow. One wonders if Jacinda,
with her simplistic goal of removing the taint of “criminal” from abortion - a vote catcher for the women - had
any idea of the forces for evil that could be unleashed by that action.

In other U.S. States, and other countries, scientific tests have proved that pain sensors operate in the unborn
as early as six weeks, but excruciating pain can be experienced at 22 weeks. Various States have outlawed
abortion at 24 weeks on the basis of “pain capability”. Some States also outlaw abortion at 24 weeks on the
basis of “life viability.” Scientific evidence underpins these life-milestones, received as truth by most of the
world’s medical practitioners.

Consider too, events that have created benchmarks in our understanding of the development of the unborn
child, the latest being the legislation passed by U.S. State of Ohio, the “Heartbeat Bill”, banning most abortions
in that State. Is it important to us here in New Zealand? Yes, because it is the latest in a series of Laws based on
scientific discoveries re the truth of the progressive development of the unborn child after conception.

Human Rights for Unborn Human Children
It is a matter of science and justice. The uppermost purpose of any honourable and worthy Law Commission
should be to pursue and promote justice. This Commission it seems, lacking comprehension and courage, has
deliberately avoided this vital matter of science and justice in its rush to provide a biased dishonest “report to
order.” Instead of heeding established scientific fact, and taking the honest truthful action of recommending
confirmation of human rights for the unborn human child, this bought and biased Commission has relied on
the unscientific “born alive rule” a common law legal principle that holds that various criminal laws, such as for
homicide and assault apply only to a child that is “born alive.” It seems that this shoddy, unscientific, ill-based
rule has been extended to abortion law. The “born alive rule” ignores proven science. It is nonsense, fatal and
tragic for thousands of unborn human children.
The power of the state, _ sectors of the medical establishment, _ the courts, _ allies in the media, _ and
supporters of abortion_ are complicit in promoting medical homicide. With such law, so destructive of unborn
human babies, our claim to be civilised lacks substance. The claim is a joke, a tragic joke!

Your Personal Responsibility
When you vote as an MP you are committing yourself personally.
If you vote to approve of this savage barbaric Bill, your personal commitment is to much more than simply the
vote. If this Bill passes into law, you are accepting personal responsibility for actions that will take place under
the law. Clearly, that is responsibility for the serial killing of human beings in the course of early development.
If the recent condemnation of abortionists by the Roman Catholic Pope is applied, by supporting and
authorizing this law, you will also become the "Hired Assassin!"

 You too will be responsible for the destruction of human babies as if you were there actively dispensing, fatal
substances, holding and applying various instruments to progress the carnage, and doing the suction power
vacuuming for early term killing.
 For later term abortions, again as if you were there, doing the D&E actively occupied in the killing, handing
lethal instruments to attack and dismember a living human being. Could you really be part of this? Could you
really grasp an instrument, having rows of sharp teeth, to enable you to tear the child's body apart limb by
limb, and then hold a forceps clamp to crush the soft little head? All this, to render smaller, extractable pieces.
If you can handle this you would then continue by removing the baby's intestines, heart, lungs, spine and limbs,
from the mother’s body. Next, responsible as if you were there, in the place of slaughter, occupied in the
gathering up into a container the mutilated human baby pieces, assembling and checking that all pieces of the

little body are there; that nothing is left in the mother. Finally, you will dispose of all the butchered pieces, of a
once living little human body, as medical waste. The only word left is SHAMEFUL!

If the Bill becomes the law, it will then be too late for you to change your mind on your approval vote, so even
if the depictions stated seem too brutally raw and gruesome, for your sensitive consideration, we respectfully
ask that before discarding out of revulsion or out of hand, you ask yourself, “is the above depiction FACTUAL
or NOT?”

We assure you that it is fact, and it is unquestionable fact that the brutally destroyed unborn babies are living
developing human beings.

This Bill should be about Justice for the seemingly valueless forgotten ones - destined for destruction under the
auspices of the State. The uppermost purpose of any honourable and worthy government should be to pursue
and promote justice. Logically, it follows that the uppermost purpose of any honourable and worthy Member
of Parliament should be to pursue and promote justice. New Zealand does not have to be resigned to being a
nation that devalues unborn children by being committed to child mutilation and sacrifice?

It is time for true statespersons to stand up, persons with real leadership qualities, courage, a hunger and
commitment for justice, to fight to correct this uncivilized barbaric situation, this absence of human rights for
our unborn human babies, and halt the Holocaust of abortion that is based on this lack of rights for the
unborn.

Please use your vote honourably and wisely, against this Bill, so as to pursue and promote justice.
