Join our virtual high performance team leaders F or team leaders, leadership skills have become increasingly important when supervisors and team members frequently communicate virtually. Today, new methods are needed to motivate, organize or discuss and communicate successfully in the virtual space. To tackle these new leadership challenges, this programme will enable you to read the reality of your team in the digital age and realize the full potential of each team member. During this course, you will dive into the key drivers, implications and critical contextual factors of high-performance teams. Designed as a very practical programme, the course will equip you with effective tools for understanding and improving their team’s performance. In seven bi-weekly virtual modules, you will apply every tool to your own team’s context, creating an immediate impact on the team’s effectiveness.
Course Structure The course consists of seven modules, divided into two sessions each. The first session of each module is an “online live” lecture taught by a faculty member (Tuesdays, 08:00-10:00 CET), while the second session is a “transfer session” which aims to apply the material covered in the lecture (Thursdays, 13:00-14:00 CET). Participants will receive access to preparatory readings and video materials. Each week, a different facet of leading high-potential teams will be explored. The lectures cover both academic and practical insights. The transfer sessions will consist of peer-to-peer exchanges, where partici- pants can share their experiences in applying the course knowledge and tools to their current work teams. These tools, which the participants can directly apply in their actual teams, enable them to grow alongside their team.
