Daily I"nerary Day 1: Melbourne – Broken Hill – Innamincka (The Dig Tree) Depart Melbourne early morning for a scenic flight that will take you north-west over the Murray River, arriving in the ‘Silver City’ by mid-morning to refuel. This aRernoon your pilot will fly you over the desert past Cameron Corner then to Nappa Merrie StaBon for an aRernoon and lunch at the historic Dig Tree, where you will learn more about this very significant piece of Australian history. Following this, a short flight tracking along the Cooper Creek will have you arriving at Innamincka for sunset and dinner. AccommodaBon: the award-winning Innamincka Hotel (1 night) Flight -me 3hrs total Day 2: Innamincka – Lake Eyre (scenic) – Marree (Lake Eyre South) – Parachilna This morning your flight path will take you at low-level over the Coongie Lakes following the Cooper out onto the vast expanse of Lake Eyre where we will conduct a comprehensive scenic flight of the lake’s features. Once on the ground in Marree you will be guided by local indigenous elder Reg Dodd. An overland trip with him will take you along the OodnadaYa Track, through the Dingo Fence and out onto Lake Eyre South itself. You will also stop at natural springs and bores to view any wildlife that may be congregaBng around them. Rejoin your aircraR and conBnue south to Parachilna. Time to seYle in to your accommodaBon and sunset drinks before si]ng down to a specially prepared dinner showcasing bush tucker, gourmet style.

Spot yellow-footed rock wallabies and the watchful wedge tailed eagles circling above. Return to the Prairie Hotel in Bme for lunch. On departure enjoy a scenic flight over the awesome Wilpena Pound, best viewed from the air, before arriving back into Melbourne approximately 1830. T(r Details Your aircraI: Travel is in the privately chartered Air Adventure Outback Jet, Pilatus PC-12. This prop-jet aircraR is a fast, reliable outback machine capable of landing on gravel and remote airfields where others in larger aircraR can’t. The Outback Jet is operated by Armada AviaBon, which holds an Air Operators CerBficate issued by CASA. All pilots are highly experienced and carry a Commercial Pilots License. It’s equipped with state-of-the-art avionics and is all weather rated with impressive safety features. The interior is spacious with custom leather seaBng, climate control and clear windows (every seat is the window seat) making in flight viewing a joy. Tour departs: Essendon Airport, Melbourne.
