Our Management Key management of the company had almost 80 years gross experience of sales and operations. They were associated with many MNCs and large corporates from Stock Broking, Banks, NBFC, Imports-Exports and IT. Amit Prakash Jain (B. Tech, & M.B.A.) is Managing Director of the company and looking all routine activities and businesses of the company. He have a vast experience of handling the large team for 15+ years. Having 15 years+ work experience as director one of the MNC. As of now, senior members and experts from different industry and sectors are also associated with the company as a business consultants and mentors. Digital Support System We are supporting our client by sourcing the business through our Digital Marketing Services. We have Managed multiple and large campaign with annual budgets upto 1 cr. for various vendors. Website Development: Our team have good hold on WordPress site with third party API integrations, elements of WP Bakery and Elementor page builders. On page and Off page SEO and meta data insertion along with UI/UX. Database file creation and synchronization along with Java, CSS and HTML . Human Resource Strength We have 3 segments in our HR Team to manage our employees. Sourcing & On boarding : We have a team of HR Managers with all resources available. For recruitment our team use all paid sources like naukri.com, monster.com, timesjobs.com etc. along with other relationship with multiple campus and institutes and other activities. Engagement, Retention & Grievance: We have dedicated team of HR managers for employee engagements. This team runs R&R programs, training and skill development program, festival and other celebrations, internal jobs and review on regular basis. They are also expert in retention and grievance handling. HR Operations: We have separate team for HR operations, which works in coordination with other HR teams and process team for routine things like salary, incentive and reimbursement process along with coordination with external team for PF, ESI and other compliance and legal issues. 14
Infrastructure As of Now, Company have 3 SBUs named WFH, Noida and Ghaziabad WFH: We have strong WFH team and good experience to hire and handle the team. As of now our WFH team strength is 100+ with 5 TLs. We are giving them support for CRM, WiFi and other inputs. Noida: We are having 7000 sqft office which has 150 seat capacity along with 15 cabins for managers. This location is well equipped with 100mbps lease line with backup and other infra support system. We have 50% unused seating capacity for expansion. Additional seating capacity up to 200 seats is available and can be added on short notice. Ghaziabad: We are having 1000sqft office which has 35 seat capacity along with cabin for managers. This location is well equipped with 24mbps Wi-Fi connectivity with backup and other infra support system. 15
