General terms and conditions
a) Rates valid only for prepaid shipments
b) Published rates to be considered as NET/NET
c) Any ad hoc rate must be confirmed in writing by our office
Please attach the spot confirmation email (if applied) during booking process
d) Rates valid only for shipments with volume/weight ratio 1:6
e) For the rates applicability the departure date will be taken into account.
f) The weight/volume of the cargo is checked in the airport before departure.
Any discrepancy between the declared and the actual weight will be noticed and
amended through CCA.
ALLOWANCE LIMIT OF CARGO WEIGHT DIFFERENCE:
Under 200Kg: 10 kg tollerance
From 201Kg to 1T: 20 kg tollerance
Over 1T: 1% tollerance

KAMS
Korea Customs Service requires the transmission of AMS data for all shipments
bound to and in transit through any korean airport.
The data can be transmitted:
1. by sending both FWB and FHL data through a Cargo Community System to
Korean Air (e.g. Traxon, Descartes, CCN, CCS Japan etc.)
2. by using Korean Air’s web site http://cargo.koreanair.com (registration with
IATA Cass No. required) using the FWB/FHL function in the e-Freight menu.
3. through Korean Air at a cost of 12 EUR for each single House AWB. Please indicate
separately on the Due carrier of the AWB using FHC code.
Korean Air would like to emphasize that were information provided by an agent
using methods described under 1. and 2. proves to be incomplete and/or faulty,
the resulting penalties to the carrier are subject to reimbursement from the agent
submitting the incorrect data. The data must be transmitted before the cargo is
delivered to the airport.
In case you decide for option 3 please enclose to the AWB an envelope addressed
to Korean Air containing The House AWBs. This will allow us to protect your privacy.
