ART OF LONDON SEASON OVERVIEW • A colourful celebration of culture as the West End reopens Season 2021 • Welcome people back into the cultural heart of London once more • Reach a broad audience and display art in an accessible way • Drive targeted footfall and increase dwell time across the district • People will be invited to explore the network of unique cultural neighbourhoods, combination of new commissions, collaborative events, member business activity and promotions. • Get involved – June, July, August and September.

HEADLINE COMMISSIONS Major new artistic installations and/or cultural events and THE PROGRAMME experiences commissioned and funded by Heart of London The Art of London Season 2021 SPECIAL PROJECTS programme of activations & events will be formed of four Partner led activations and projects delivered in partnership with Heart of London as part of the Art of layers of activity, designed to London Festival appeal to a diverse audience, encourage physical and digital EVENTS PROGRAMME engagement, increase dwell time and promote exploration of Planned/existing cultural events or activity, supported by the district. Art of London marketing activity as part of the Art of London Festival FRINGE ACTIVITIES How can your business be involved? Culturally relevant offers, discounts and promotions provided marketing support as part of the Art of London fringe.
What are your event plans? This is an opportunity for West End businesses to submit EVENTS PROGRAMME existing, planned events or to create new activity Private Gallery Exhibitions and Events for consideration to become part of the season. Celebrating art in every form, events and activations could include: • Art Exhibitions • Book Signings • Dinners • Panel Discussions • Screenings • Gallery Showings Film and Comedy Festivals The Royal Academy of Arts Exhibitions
FRINGE ACTIVITES Are you running any offers/promotions this summer? Culturally relevant offers, discounts and promotions can be provided with marketing support as part of the Art of London fringe, including: • Bespoke overnight stay packages • Art themed food and beverage menus • Window and in store displays
MARKETING AND PROMOTION The Art of London Seasons be promoted via the dedicated Art of London channels, offering all collaborators, partners and Heart of London members significant marketing value. The integrated campaign will incorporate: Dedicated website and app PR campaign OOH Advertising Dedicated social channels Media Partnerships Street Team
