In 2020, we launched our ESG Due Diligence Checklist. This is a list of sustainability criteria to be considered during the acquisition process of a project, whether greenfield or existing building. By using the checklist, Investment Teams will widen the scope of their analysis by considering climate change, resilience, biodiversity and community relationships.
