Monica Paolini, Founder & Principal, Senza Fili

                Monica Paolini, PhD, is the founder and principal of Senza Fili.
                She is an expert in wireless technologies and has helped clients
                worldwide to understand new technologies and customer
                requirements, create and assess financial models, evaluate
                business plan opportunities, market their services and products,
                and estimate the market size and revenue opportunity of new
                and established wireless technologies. She frequently gives
                presentations at conferences, and writes reports, blog entries
                and articles on wireless technologies and services, covering end-
                to-end mobile networks, the operator, enterprise and IoT
                markets. She has a PhD in cognitive science from the University
                of California, San Diego (US), an MBA from the University of
                Oxford (UK), and a BA/MA in philosophy from the University of
                Bologna (Italy).

Andy Keiser, Principal, Navigators Global

               Mr. Keiser served 14 years on Capitol Hill for former House Intelligence Committee
               Chairman Mike Rogers – as Senior Advisor to the Committee, Chief of Staff, and
               Legislative Director overseeing all national security and Energy and Commerce
               Committee policy issues for the Congressman.
               Mr. Keiser was also the head writer for a nationally-syndicated radio program, assisted
               in the production of the CNN series “Declassified,” and is a regular media
               commentator on national security issues.

               Now, Mr. Keiser leads several Navigators clients on defense, international,
               cybersecurity, biodefense, technology and telecommunications security issues.

               Mr. Keiser has a Bachelor of Arts from Michigan State University and a Master of Arts
               from the United States Naval War College. Dubbed a “national security expert” by The
               Washington Post, he is a Fellow at the National Security Institute at George Mason
               University’s Antonin Scalia Law School and a Senior Advisor at the Center for the
               Study of the Presidency and Congress. He also is a member of the OSS Society and
               serves on the Meridian International Center’s Global Leadership Council.

Moderator: Mark Poletti, CableLabs

Mark Poletti, Director Mobile Networks, CableLabs

               Mark Poletti is the Director of Mobile Networks at CableLabs; a non-profit R&D
               organization that is dedicated to creating and driving technologies and innovations
               critical to the cable industry’s technology roadmap, including 5G and Wi-Fi 6. In this
               role, Mark is responsible for wireless R&D activities across fixed, mobile and emerging
               wireless technologies for the secure delivery of high-speed data, video, voice and
               next-generation services.

               Prior to CableLabs, Mark has built, managed, and operated 2G, 3G and 4G networks
               for US WEST, T-Mobile, and Clearwire. He has also been addressing mobile operator
               design, operations, and performance issues of 2G, 3G, 4G, and satellite networks for
               over 20 years with such companies as ViaSat, Clearwire, ATECS/Centerline, U S
               WEST/Qwest, and General Electric.

               Mark holds a M.S in Telecommunications from University of Colorado, B.S. Physics
               from SUNY Buffalo and has multiple issued and pending patents.
