A Venue Like no Other
The Three Towers Eco House & Organic Kitchen is situated inside Slieve Aughty
Centre, surrounded by beautiful gardens, horses and over 2000 acres of farmland and forest.
Here your wedding day dreams become reality.

Imagine saying your vows with nature as your backdrop. Horses
whinnying, birds singing and the smells of flowers and cut grass
carried on the breeze.
Ceremony space and set up is included in all our packages.
The Pergola is a living outdoor shelter, set in the garden with a
lavender lined walkway.
The Poplar Room is a bright room with large windows
overlooking mature Poplar trees.
Civil Ceremony Details
Whether you have your ceremony indoors or outdoors, it
will be beautiful. The corners of the pergola will be draped
with sheer white fabric, and rows of rustic white chairs
arranged for you. A table with or without a cloth is
provided for your bits and bobs. You can have your
ceremony any day of the week, any time you like, and add
as many personal touches as you wish.

The Three Towers Eco House
Accommodation
The Bridal Suite is reserved for the
your exclusive use.
Eight bespoke bedrooms sleep up to 22 sharing guests. All
8 rooms must be booked* and a 20% deposit paid at the
time of booking.
If you require additional accommodation, two eco lodges
and glamping options sleep up to 14-16 additional guests
and there is a B&B approximately 9 km from the venue
that comes highly recommended by us. Local taxi service
can provide transport for those accommodated outside the
venue.
*€1000/night. Two night minimum Friday to Sunday.
Post-Ceremony Reception & Meal
This can be held in the bespoke lounge and bar or outside.
We specialise in intimate celebrations and the dining room seats up to 50 people comfortably.
A chalkboard seating plan
and menu are done for
you. Rustic tables are set
with white chair cushions,
tea lights and wall candles
and your choice of table
runners.
Late Night
For the afters, both you and your guests can dance the night
away on the marble floor.
The bar serves a selection of organic craft beers and wines, as
well as spirits, and bottle stout.
Evening organic finger food is served at the time of your choice.

Organic, Fresh Food
For foodies, there is no better venue than The Three
Towers. Everything is homemade, organic, and delicious.
As much as possible ingredients are locally sourced, with
our famous garden green salad and herbs grown here in
our own organic garden, which you can visit. The bread is
fresh and made in house, as well as all our gravy, chutney,
dressing, and even our chips and goujons.
The Three Towers is one of the few places where you can
customise your meal. Feel free to break tradition and go
vegan, vegetarian, pancake and ice cream stall, pig on a
spit, or even outdoor BBQ.
A children’s menu is available for children ages 2-12.
B u f f e t S t y le B a n q u e t D i n n e r
As an eco-friendly destination, we offer buffet style
dining for all weddings. Experienced staff serve
bread, wine, and your choice starters to the table,
then your guests are invited to bring their plates to
the buffet to sample as much of the organic fare on
offer as they like. The buffet is served by our
dedicated chefs. Afterwards, dessert, coffee and tea
are served to the table.

wedding album! Take a scenic horse back ride accompanied by

Early check to the Bridal Suite for you both is provided. All other guests may check in from 3pm.
A non-refundable deposit of €1500 is required to secure a booking. Dates will be held no more than 2 weeks
without deposit. Final numbers are due 4 weeks before the wedding date. Full payment is due 3 weeks before
the wedding date.
Exclusive use of the ceremony space and gardens throughout your ceremony and photography session is
provided.
Exclusive use of the restaurant and guest house from 4pm on the wedding day to 10am the following
morning is provided.
All rooms at The Three Towers must be booked for two nights (weekends) and one night midweek. A 20%
deposit is required upon booking and full payment is due 3 weeks before the wedding date. Additional
accommodation requested will be held until 4 weeks before the date of the wedding and requires a 20% deposit at
the time of booking.
Personal decorations are allowed with the following exceptions: no permanent fastenings or tape may be used
indoors or on the chairs. No paper confetti, single use plastic (including plastic water bottles) or balloons. All
decorations must be removed and taken away the day following the wedding.
No outside catering or corkage is allowed in The Three Towers with the exception of the wedding cake.
