         ICE LAB- BERGAMO - ITALY - 29-31 May 2021
1.      GENERAL REGULATIONS

The Icelab Interclub Cup 2021 will be conducted in accordance with the ISU Constitution
and General Regulations 2020, the Special Regulations & Technical Rules Single & Pair
Skating 2018, and the relevant ISU Communications.

Participation at Icelab Interclub Cup 2021 is open to all Competitors who belong to an ISU
Member, and qualify with regard to eligibility according to Rule 102, provided their ages fall
within the limits specified in Rule 108, paragraph 3 a) and they meet the participation,
citizenship and residency requirements in Rule 109, paragraphs 1 through 5 and ISU
Communication 2030 or any update of this Communication.

In accordance with Rule 109 of the ISU General Regulations and ISU Communication 2030
all Skaters who do not have the nationality of the Member by which they have been entered
or who, although having such nationality, have in the past represented another Member,
must produce an ISU Clearance Certificate. Passports of all Skaters, as well as the ISU
Clearance Certificate, if applicable, must be presented at the accreditation of the event for
verification.

All clubs and members can enter skaters. Passports or European ID of all skaters must be
presented at the accreditation
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to cancel the competition if due to the
Coronavirus (Covid-19) the decision or recommendation of the national/local
Government will not agree to conduct such an event or if the travel restrictions into
and out of Italy will block the Teams for an unexpected period of time. In this case,
no compensation will be paid for costs incurred e.g. cancellation of booked
reservations in travel

2. TECHNICAL DATA

PLACE : ICE LAB ARENA Via San Bernardino 141, 24126 Bergamo ITALY ( indoor ice-
rink with ice surface of 30 x 60 m, air-conditioned and heated)

2.1 CATEGORIES
SENIOR JUNIOR LADIES, MEN
Technical Requirements are in accordance with ISU Technical Rules - Single and Pair Skating
2018 and respective ISU Communication. Short Program: 2 min 40 sec, +/- 10 sec
Free Skating: 3 min 30 sec, +/- 10 sec
ADVANCED NOVICE GIRLS & BOYS
Age and technical requirements are according to the ISU Technical Rules Single and Pair
Skating
2018, ISU Communication 2242 and all respective ISU Communications. Free Skating: 3
min +/10 Sec

 INTERMEDIATE NOVICE GIRLS & BOYS
Age and technical requirements are according to the ISU Technical Rules Single and Pair
Skating

 BASIC NOVICE GIRLS & BOYS
Age and technical requirements are according to the ISU Technical Rules Single and Pair

Skating: 2 min 30 sec, +/- 10 sec

 PRE NOVICE GIRLS & BOYS
Free Skating: 2 min 30 sec, +/- 10 sec
Skaters must be 8 years old but not reached 10 by July 1 st 2020- competition warm up
time 4 minutes-( for more info about rules please refer to:

3. ENTRIES

Skaters and team members coming from abroad should provide to the OC the result
of a COVID rapid or molecular test taken not more than 48 hours before the event

3.1 SKATERS AND TEAM ENTRIES
All ISU Members and clubs, which are member of National Figure Skating Federations
associated with ISU, are invited to take part to the Icelab Interclub Cup 2021.

Each participating club and/or Member has the right to nominate three (3) competitors +
one (1) substitute in each category. The Organizing Committee reserves the right for all
categories to accept entries that are over of the limit of the number of participant
mentioned here above. Please note that the organizer may divide categories with too
many entries into subgroups.

Due to the current situation, accreditation and access to the competition will only be
possible for athletes, coaches and one team leader for each club/ member

Entry Forms, Program Content Sheet and additional forms can be downloaded from ISU
website.

Italian Skaters should enter on FISGONLINE system within May 6th.

3.2 JUDGES
Each ISU Member or Club participating on the competition may enter one National,
International or ISU Judge. Nomination for Judge and substitute Judge must be sent along
with the entry forms for competitors not later May 6, 2021.

The Panels will be drawn immediately after the closing of entries. The members
concerned will be notified of the result of the draw.

3.3 ENTRY FEE
With the entry to the competition, the entry fee must be paid as follows:
    90.00 € per single skater for Senior Junior
    80.00 € per skater for Advance Novice, Intermediate Novice, Basic Novice, Pre
       Novice

The entry fee will not be refunded in case of withdrawals for any reason.
The Organizer will not return entry fee but you can replace one skater for another in
any category not later than one week before draw.

3.5 LATE PAYMENT/LATE ENTRY FEE

If you don`t make the payment until May 6th, starting with May 7th the following entry fees
will apply: EUR 100,00 per skater – Intermediate Novice, Basic Novice, Pre Novice

4. MEALS, LODGING AND TRAVEL EXPENSES

The organizing committee will not cover any expenses for competitors, team leaders,
coaches and chaperons and judges

5. PRACTICE

No official practices are planned. We will have limited availability for patches during our
club training sessions the days before competition. Requests should be sent by e-mail to
segreteriabergamo@ice-lab.it. The cost is 20,00€ for 50 minutes. As the possibilities are
counted, the first who will ask for extra practices will be granted for.

6. MUSIC
 Music has to be sent in file .mp3 to segreteriabergamo@ice-lab.it All files must show
the competitor‘s name, the club/nation and the exact running time of the music. Each
program (short program, free skating) must be saved in a separate file.

Italian skaters should upload music on Fisgonline system.

8. ACCREDITATION

The official accreditation for Teams is planned at the icerink. Accreditation
will start on May 28 2021 at 9.00 a.m.

9. DRAW

The Opening draw for the order of skating will be held on May 20, 2021 and will be
available on our website: www.fisg.it
There will be no draw for free Program for Junior and Senior categories. In accordance
with rule 513 of ISU Special Regulations and Technical Rules, the starting order is
determined from the result of the Short Program.

10. RESULTS

The marking system (ISU Judging System) as described in ISU Technical Rule Single &
Pair Skating 2018, Rule 352 and Rule 353 (Determination and publication of results) will
be used. All results will be available on our website: www.ice-lab.it.

11. PRESENTATION OF MEDALS AND PRIZES

The three best placed Skaters/Couples in each event will be announced and honored.
Gold, silver and bronze medals will be presented to the medalists following COVID 19
procedures.

12. LIABILITY

The ISU and the Organizing Committee assumes no responsibility for or liability with
respect to bodily or personal injury or property damage incurred in connection incurred by
Competitors and Officials.
