Several new RCE programs will be launching in the Spring. Mr. Holt reported on the Cultural & Heritage Commission, which recently submitted their Annual Report. Mr. Holt noted that a significant portion of the funding for the Cultural and Heritage Commission comes from grants, which Director Carrie Fellows and her team have been successful in securing.
