Prospect Park Old Streetcar Neighborhood ABOUT PROSPECT PARK Prospect Park is a historic urban village that used to be served by streetcar. Walking and hiking trails are available at the park, so it's great if you enjoy the outdoors. Renters here say it's great if you want easy access to the city via the light rail, but don't want to be directly downtown. Marcy-Holmes Home of the Minneapolis Stone Arch Bridge ABOUT MARCY-HOLMES Marcy-Holmes is a popular spot for students since it's right next to campus and full of popular bars/restaurants. It's also home to the Stone Arch Bridge, which is a popular attraction in town. All that said though, it tends to be louder here when compared to other neighborhoods so you won't get that quiet, secluded feel. Downtown Humble Beginnings to the City’s Heart ABOUT DOWNTOWN Downtown is the place to live for anyone who wants to be at the center of Minneapolis’s action. A famous landmark in town that many of the residents of Downtown like to visit is Guthrie Theater. This theater holds live performances on three different stages with several dining and bar options inside.
