Welcome from the Chief Executive As the year ends am sure we are all reflecting on how the last 12 months has unfolded for us All. Our working lives at Lindsey Lodge have continued to be challenging as Covid has continued to surround us. I am extremely proud of All our teams. The diversity amongst the staff groups is very wide ranging from nurses, drivers, retail staff, caterers, housekeepers, administrative teams and volunteers - there is a reliance on each other that is so interdependent. The work across all the teams remains very loyal to our cause and I take this opportunity to thank them All for remaining strongly committed to our charity. The feedback from our patients, families and carers is very powerful, and it’s lovely to receive the feedback and see patients valuing their time in our care. I'd also like to say a huge thank you to everyone who has supported us over the past 12 months, you really do help us to make a difference to the patients and familes we serve. My sincere thanks and best wishes - Happy Christmas! Best wishes Karen Griffiths
