The ability to manage conflict is a core leadership skill. The best negotiators are able to communicate their interests and be creative in finding mutually beneficial solutions and see their counterpart not as an adversary, but as a collaborator. This is all easier said than done. But the ‘Getting to Yes’ framework is the gold standard for preparing for negotiations before they arise or thinking on your feet when disagreements catch you by surprise. Participating in this workshop is a pre-requisite for the 102 workshop where you will get a chance to practice and apply these skills further.
