METHODOLOGY The aim of this program is for each participant to discover how to unlock exponential growth using 10 key models and tools to design their own roadmap for long-lasting transformational growth within Hacking Exponential Growth their organization. This program is based on a hands-on, experiential learning methodology. The learning design includes innovative delivery methods and pedagogy such as discovery learning, flipped classroom, learning journals, project-based learning, as well as effective group work, peer coaching and mentoring. The program requires active participation, self-reflection, critical- thinking, collaboration and openness, as well as an eagerness to learn, ability to work on teams and work on a personal project, among other activities.
FROM CEO TO CXO Hacking Exponential Growth is a disruptive executive program, which starts by challenging the very foundations and assumptions of managerial techniques. Due to an unprecedented collision of technological and social transformations, many traditional approaches to business are increasingly irrelevant. GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE PROGRAM DATES AND LOCATION The program will take place on June 9 th-15th 2019 at the IE Business School Segovia Campus. ENTRY FEES The total cost of the program is 7,400€, which includes program attendance and course materials, as well as accomodation and meals on each day of the program. 18 MATERIALS Participants will receive a recommended pre-course reading list and a dossier of Hacking Exponential Growth information regarding the course material to be covered. CERTIFICATE OF PARTICIPATION Participants will receive an accredited certificate of participation upon completing the course. CONFIRMATION OF ENROLLMENT Pay ment a nd conf ir mation of en rollment must be completed at least seven calendar days before the start of the program. CANCELLATIONS AND SUBSTITUTIONS In the event that you cannot attend the course after enrollment has been confirmed, and providing this is communicated no later than three weeks before the start of the course, you are entitled to request a partial refund of the course fee. In lieu of canceling, if you choose to change the name on the registration to another person from the same company, the substitution can be made up until the day before the start of the course.
