Strategic Partnership Georgetown Youth Community Center is thrilled to be a recipient of ECAB support. They are very active partners in supporting our growth. ECAB Mission To use a positive youth development approach to build networks within each community and across the region that help decrease risk behaviors in youth and produce a healthier community. ECAB Vision A network of communities that welcome, value and empower youth through meaningful opportunities and collaborative efforts to support and strengthen youth assets and increase healthy decision making.

Participants will build an interactive VR environment to address one of seventeen UN Sustainable Development Goals and will present their ideas during the Project Showcase & Pitch Day. Join Andrew Prazar of North Shore Nature Programs for a short walk where we’ll search for winter animal shelters and then construct our own. We’ll cap the afternoon with learning to build a small fire using nothing but flint and steel.
