Off this route, in the northern area of the site, the Ecology and Education Centre would be built close to the Pigeon Brook. This route continues around the site to connect to the Wilderness Hotel, Lodges and Wild West Hotel. 7.3 Staff and service access would also be gained from the A618 Mansfield Road and emergency service access from several points (four in total) along Delves Lane. 18 GULLIVER’S VALLEY RESORT DESIGN & ACCESS STATEMENT OCTOBER 2016
