Commission
Ordering and Transfers ORDER WISELY • Make sure you are ordering cases/containers correctly. Cases on the first order and containers on the second. • Re-orders-if you are running low on product contact your District Kernel or District Executive. Don’t wait till the last minute. TRANSFERS • Stay in communication with your fellow units. You have the ability through the leader portal to transfer product, so you do not end up with excess. • Transfers are done from unit to unit not through council. • Your district Kernel or District Executive can assist with transfers • Make sure the transfer is completed on both ends. It will reflect on your invoice.
Returns and Payments RETURNS • A unit can return up to 10% of your Show and Sell order during the assigned dates. • Returns will not be accepted after October 23rd because all returns are used to fill the second order. • Re-orders-if you are running low on produce contact your PAYMENTS • CC payments taken through the app are credited towards your final invoice. • Online Payments are credited towards your final invoice. • Show and sell payments are due before October 23rd. Late payments may affect your commission • Final payments are due by November 20th. Late payments may affect your commission.
