DEAR MEDTRONIC TWIN CITIES MARATHON PARTICIPANT, On behalf of the Twin Cities In Motion (TCM) Board of Directors, staff, and volunteers, welcome to the 37th running of the Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon! RULES OF The marathon course (MN13001JRG) is certified by the Road Racing Technical Council of USA Track & Field, and sanctioned by USA Track & Field MN and USA Track & Field. The Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon is conducted COMPETITION according to USATF and TCM Rules of Competition. In order to ensure a safe, fair race, there are a few rules we would like to call to your attention. Failure to abide by these rules may lead to disqualification from the race.
