It demonstrates our willingness to support partners in developing innovative, value-creating property assets on our platforms,” said Serge Grzybowski, ADP Group’s Real Estate Director. A unique, highly efficient building Ideally located at Le Bourget airport, the ARTS conservation centre is the first building entirely conceived, designed and built to conserve works of art in a controlled atmosphere with an oxygen reduction system. The 24,913 m², three-storey building provides storage space with innovative technologies that ensure the artworks’ ultra-secure protection: the hypoxia system eliminates the risk of fire, while temperature & humidity control provides optimal storage conditions. The entire building is controlled by a Building Management System (BMS) and secured from a 24-hour, state-of-the-art security control room. GSE designed the project using Building Information Modeling (BIM) from beginning to end, to guarantee the quality of the design and construction: production of plans for the technical project, 3D and VR visualisation, technical optimisation, choice of options, costing, simulations, etc. A sober and sleek work of architecture With its garden terrace on the first floor and its façades of forged concrete panels, the building was designed as a modern “safe” by GBL Architects. Certified HQE -Very Good, the entire building meets the highest environmental standards and stands out in terms of acoustics, accessibility, materials, low environmental impact construction, reduced primary energy consumption, water management and maintenance. In addition, a unique monumental work by the painter and sculptor Lord Anthony Cahn, titled “Listed as a historical monument”, adorns the building’s main façade.
