Opportunities at BCH beyond
your Graduation Year

BCH offers pathways for a nursing career
across three years: Graduate Program (first
year), Transition Year (second year) and the
Transition to Speciality Practice Year (third

graduate study is encouraged).

These programs provide career growth and
development to encourage retention of
nurses beyond the Graduate Program, and
will assist with increased service delivery and
future workforce needs associated with the
Wonthaggi Hospital expansion.

The Nurse Practitioner Program provides Graduate Nurse Program participant Codie
senior nursing clinicians with an opportunity Reupet-Allen in the medicine room
