SPONSOR & MARKETPLACE OPPORTUNITIES WELCOME Dear Partners, We are excited to be running the Get In Shape Advice Summits again in February next year across four locations in New Zealand. We are working with the advice community to deliver these 2021 Advice Summits. Next year, as the Financial Services Legislation Amendment Act (FSLAA) comes into effect from 15 March 2021, the summits will touch on the regulatory changes then Trisha Edmonds move to our main focus on the future and developing professional advice practices. The sessions will include the Government and Regulator lens and then move through to practical support designed to inspire attendees as we continue through the main plenary sessions. After lunch, we are delighted to announce our 2021 Masterclass which will be a practical workshop on getting set to manage licensing and disclosure. The 2020 Advice Summits were a huge success thanks to our generous marketplace stallholders and sponsors. The 1250 delegates from across New Zealand took their Mark Banicevich time to find out how they could find help and support from a wide range of businesses. We would like to thank you, our sponsors for your continued support as well as say hello to potential new sponsors. Welcome to Get In Shape 2021. This document highlights the work of the Financial Services Council and also a wrap of the 2020 Summits and our new extended marketplace and sponsorship opportunities. Working together with sponsors enables us not only to deliver flagship events and conferences in the sector known for leading edge content and speakers, but also contribute to the success of the wider financial services community and Russell Hutchinson create better financial outcomes for all New Zealanders. The financial services sector touches all New Zealanders, through insurance, investments and KiwiSaver. As we undergo regulatory, technology and market change, we continue to adapt to the environment and help Kiwis grow and protect their wealth in an ever-changing global world. Great content drives great events and across our 2021 event series we will again showcase New Zealand’s political and regulatory leaders and explore the big issues Richard Klipin of the day across topics of interest for our members and New Zealanders. On a final note, we are living in uncertain times and in addition to the face to face events, we are offering a digital pass live from the Auckland event. We will deliver the face to face events according to Government advice and all sponsorship and tickets will be transferable. We look forward to working with you in 2021.
