September in Frankfurt! The event is held under the motto
“German Real Estate - Weathering the Storm” and brings
together local German and international decision makers,

                      Lucia Wied is an Executive Director at PGIM

                      PGIM Real Estate, Lucia worked for three
                      years as investment manager at
Centerscape in Germany, a real estate investor specialized in
retail assets and prior to that she spent four years with M3
Capital Partners in London focusing on real estate investment

                      Hergen Wöbken ist Geschäftsführer des
                      Instituts für Strategieentwicklung (IFSE), das
                      er 2003 gründete. Der gelernte
                      Bankkaufmann studierte
                      Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Philosophie und
                      Kulturreflexion an der Universität
Witten/Herdecke. Nach der Bankausbildung sammelte Hergen
Wöbken internationale Praxiserfahrungen bei einem
Investmentfond in New York, während des Studiums folgten
Stationen bei Scholz&Friends in Berlin, der Deutschen Bank in
Hong Kong, dem Europäischen Parlament in Brüssel und dem
Pharmaunternehmen Merck KGaA in Darmstadt und Bangkok.
Im Jahr 2003 entwickelte Hergen Wöbken mit einem
Forscherteam der Universität Witten/Herdecke ein
Handlungsmodell für die Wohnungswirtschaft zum Problem
der „schrumpfenden Räume“ im Auftrag der damaligen Viterra
AG, die zu der Zeit mit 152.000 Wohnungen größter
Immobilieneigentümer Deutschlands war. Es folgten weitere
Projekte als Berater in der Immobilienwirtschaft, seit dem Jahr
2010 mit einem Fokus auf die Entwicklung von Kunst- und
Kreativquartieren. Digitalisierung ist die Klammer aller
Strategieprojekte des IFSE. 2004 entstand die Studie „Digitale
Mentalität“ im Auftrag von Microsoft. Zuletzt veröffentlichte das
IFSE im Jahr 2016 die Studie „Booming Berlin“ über das Berliner
Startup-Ökosystem.
