 vocabulary, punctuation, nuance and expression,

 1) Increase your notoriety:

What has happened in the last 2 years?
2 submissions have already been sent to the Unicode Consortium, but still no
 validation of the Breton flag emoji. Outstanding.

 Our strategy has evolved, consequence of Unicode conclusion:
 we must adopt the Breton flag emoji on a platform before
 the consortium session in April 2020 .

January - March 2020: build the file for the Unicode Consortium
