Hospiscare Open Gardens 2019 Judi admits she may not know her Astor from her Zinnia... but she does love a glorious garden! Foreword – By Judi Spiers tip my trowel to anyone who can turn a wilderness into a little bit of paradise with vision and sheer hard work. I can’t pretend to know much about gardening despite 6 years on the sofa with Alan Titchmarsh at Pebble Mill. In fact the only thing I ever learned from him was not to put my bedding plants in until the end of May, for fear of frost. I remember him once Judi Spiers coming to film in my garden when I lived in Hospiscare Supporter and Broadcaster Dorset. He gave a weary sigh at the sight of my somewhat unprepossessing municipal beds, numerous occasions and a trowel my husband complimented me on my Montbretia and went! I lost when he was laying some bricks! The bane of was always in too much of a hurry and wanted to my gardening life is the hose!
