EVENT Monday, January 17 · 7 pm · Worship Hall + Online This Leadership Community gathering combines with the annual Milwaukee Declaration event in honor of the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. FRONT ROW SEAT Saturday, February 19 · 10 am-2 pm · Fellowship Hall · Register online at eastbrook.org/frontrowseat Front Row Seat is facilitated by BASICS of Milwaukee and begins with 8 panelists of differing ethnic backgrounds, sharing experiences and tackling tough questions. Participants then have an opportunity to be a part of the dialog in table groups: facing one another, sharing and listening to racism's impact on their lives through stories and responding with curiosity, compassion, care, and a new understanding. We close down our regular Sunday programming, including ministries for kids, students, and adults in order to facilitate this. This is a family event so we are closing down all Wednesday night regular programming to encourage this to happen.
