Bleikvassli Property Location -Excellent access via paved roads, near town of Bleikvassli, ~6000ha in size; -Excellent infrastructure, 50 km south of industrial/ mining town of Mo-I-Rana (deep water port/ airport) Available Data -Dozens of reports on mine and nearby prospects, including: NGU Airborne geophysical surveys (1997), NGU soil geochem surveys (1997), NGU Gravity survey (1998). Multiple published research papers and studies 13 Mineral TSX-V: TSX-VOK: OK Exploration Exploring in the North EXPLORING THE GOLDEN TRIANGLE January 201913
Bleikvassli Property History -Mineralization discovered in 1914, exploration including drilling in 1941, development and test mining in 1947 -Flotation facility completed in 1957 with initial reserves of 2.6Mt @2.4% Pb, 4.2% Zn, 0.22% Cu* -Open Pit Production and immediate inclined shaft, backfilling of tailings in the stopes -In late 80s economics looked bad and only higher Zn would have helped the economics. At the time Pb was priced two times the Zn price -In the early 90s the concentrator had twice the capacity as needed, room and pillar mining method was incorporated -In 1991, production was increased from 250kt to 300kt a year -Exploration in the early 90s was concentrated on the other zones to the north -Mine flooded on Sept 26th 1997 with a reported three years of reserves still in the ground. -Historic resources remaining at time of mine closure: 720Kt@ 5.17% Zn, 2.72% Pb, 0.27% Cu, 45g/t Ag, 0.2g/t Au* -Trying to reactivate in 1998 but abandoned due to poor economics at that time * Geological Survey of Norway (NGU) Ore Database, Deposit Area 1832-012, Feb 9, 2017. Note that Norra, (OK2 Minerals), is not aware of the key assumptions, parameters or methods, including data verification techniques used by the NGU to prepare these historic estimates and has not performed sufficient work to verify these published resource numbers and therefore 14 is not treating the historical estimates as current mineral resources. Bleikvassli Property Deposit Type -In the Northern Norwegian Caledonides: District discovered 1914 and remained a producing district through late 1990’s. Similar geology and mineralization to the Lundin Mining, Zinkgruvan deposit in Sweden. Lundin Mining-Zinkgruvan deposit: Proven & Probable Reserves+ (June 30, 2017): Zinc-rich mineralization: -11.9 mt@ 7.2% Zn, 2.9% Pb, 63 g/t Ag + Copper-rich mineralization: -5.3 mt@ 1.8% Cu, 0.2% Zn, 26 g/t Ag + * Lundin Mining Reserves and Resources June 30, 2017 : The Zinkgruvan Mine provides context for the Norra Bleikvassli project but is not necessarily indicative that the Bleikvassli project hosts similar mineralization and should not be expected that similar resources can and will be defined at Bleikvassli in the future. -Bleikvassli interpreted to be Sedex type deposit: potential for basin-scale, massive sulfide system as evidenced by the numerous Sedex occurrences elsewhere on the licence -Three key types of mineralization at Bleikvassli: -Massive pyritic Zn-Pb-Cu mineralization -Massive pyrrhotite, Cu rich (avg>1%) Zn-Pb -Vein/disseminated wallrock mineralization (remobilized from massive sulfide zones)- reported to contain native Au/Ag mineralization -Precious metal contents never systematically assessed across Bleikvassli deposit 15 Mineral TSX-V: TSX-VOK: OK Exploration Exploring in the North EXPLORING THE GOLDEN TRIANGLE January 201915
Bleikvassli Property Geology and Mineralization -In the Northern Norwegian Caledonides: District discovered 1914 and remained a producing district through late 1990’s. Within the Rødingsfjellet Nappe Complex of amphibolite grade, supracrustal rocks (schists, carbonates, quartzites, amphibolites). Clear zoning patterns and hanging wall/footwall relationships identifiable K-silicate alteration zones and redox horizons analogous to Zinkgruvan deposit in Sweden. -Two main mineralized lenses 400 & 1500m strike length from 2-20 meters thick -Operating mine flooded in Sept 1997- Norway’s last major metal producing mine. -From 1957-97, produced: ~ 5Mt @4.0% Zn, 2% Pb, 0.15% Cu, and 25g/t Ag * * Geological Survey of Norway Ore Database, Deposit Area 1832-012, Feb 9, 2017. Meraker and Sagvoll Properties Location -Central Norway within the historic Røros mining district, the oldest and most prolific VMS mining district in Norway - Cu-Zn VMS deposits Historic Mining District -Mining History reaching back into medieval times. (1645-1986) -Combined production of 30Mt of Cu-rich VMS ore in Røros camp. -Several historic copper smelters in the 1600-1800s -Zn rich ores present, but were not the focus of historic mining activities; many bodies of Zn-Cu mineralization remain; these are the key targets for OK2 Asvallen (SWE) 36 Mt Exploration -Several areas have not been explored for decades -New understanding of VMS deposits since the 70s Zn-rich styles of mineralization remain unmined, and much sphalerite-rich “waste” rock can be seen in historic dumps. Lokken 30 Mt -Only shallow drilling in past – many areas of mineralization remain open at depth and along strike Available Utilities / Resources -Rail access in area and deep water port (Trondheim) Hersjo 5.5 Mt -Highways provide access to OK2 projects -Low cost power available to project areas -Large national drill core archive in area -Access to partners inhouse geophysical and geochemical instruments Tverrfjellet 19 Mt Grimsdalen 8 Mt 18 Mineral TSX-V: TSX-VOK: OK Exploration Exploring in the North EXPLORING THE GOLDEN TRIANGLE January 201918
Meraker Property Logistics -Extensive areas of Au-enriched VMS style deposits -Commanding land position of 18,600 ha •No underlying interests •Rail access and year-round access on paved roads •Power lines cross through license Geology -VMS style mineralization focused along trend of Meraker Nappe, but is also developed in other stratigraphic positions. Analogs with “Kuroko”- style VMS systems (Cu-Zn-Au). -Gold enrichment was not appreciated until mid-1990’s. -Mineralization developed in felsic volcanic successions, with subordinate mafic units; appears to be associated with rhyolite domes Mannifjell and volcanic centers. Cu-Zn- Au -Thrusting of several seafloor horizons over each other. Forming a sequence of stacked nappes. -Subsequent folding and deformation has focused sulfide mineralization into fold hinges where grades and tonnages are greater. -Greenschist metamorphism has coarsened up sulfide mineral assemblages, improving metallurgy. Lillefjell Cu-Zn-Au Mining History -Mining of VMS style Cu-rich mineralization from 1760-1895 at Lillefjell -Mining of VMS style Cu-rich mineralization from 1901-1918 at Mannifjell + Please review Cautionary Language contained in the Forward Looking Statements slide at the end of this PowerPoint 19 Mineral TSX-V: TSX-VOK: OK Exploration Exploring in the North EXPLORING THE GOLDEN TRIANGLE January 201919

Cautionary Language- Norra Metals Corp. (OK2 Minerals), has not performed sufficient work to verify the published drill data and historic resource/reserve estimates shown in this PowerPoint (slide 14). Norra is not aware of the key assumptions, parameters or methods, including data verification techniques used by the Geological Survey of Norway (Deposit Area 1832-012, Feb 9, 2017) to prepare these historic estimates and therefore is not treating the historical estimates as current mineral resources. Likewise, drill intercepts are reported as published (slide 10) and have not been confirmed. However, the drill-delineated mineralization and resource/reserve numbers (slides 8, 15 & 24) are as reported in various online and other publicly available sources is considered relevant. Norra states that our qualified person has been unable to verify the historic resource/reserve numbers on other projects, deposits or mines in the area of the Norra projects and that the information from projects outside the boundaries of the Norra projects (slides 8 & 15) is not necessarily indicative of the mineralization on the Norra properties that are discussed in this PowerPoint presentation. This presentation has been prepared by the Company, George Cavey, P.Geo., who is the Qualified Person responsible for the preparation of the scientific and technical information related to the Company’s operations that is included in this presentation. 42 Mineral TSX-V: TSX-VOK: OK Exploration Exploring in the North EXPLORING THE GOLDEN TRIANGLE January 201942
