The National Service Territory (NST) was established to support councils through a collaborative network while focusing on council operations and the delivery of Scouting programs. The BAC falls under territory 12 which covers councils throughout Maryland, DC, Delaware, West Virginia, Ohio, Northern Virginia, and Western Pennsylvania. The NST exists to assist councils in their efforts to provide a positive Scouting experience to youth at all levels of Scouting.
