1) What is Full Service Design?
   Intended for clients with large-scale, longer term projects who are looking
   to hire Pure Salt to design and execute their job from start to nish. Full
   Service design is best suited for construction projects where Pure Salt is
   managing all aspects of the design process for the majority or totality of a
   home (i.e. large-scale renovations and new builds). We work closely with
   our architect, builder, and clients to bring a vision to life, from concepting
   architectural designs and layouts, through managing construction and hard
   material selections, through selecting soft furnishings and nishing touches,
   all the way through nal installation. Our holistic approach to the entire
   design of your home ensures that Pure Salt will provide design and
   projectmanagement services through all phases of the project, from initial
   design concepts, through construction design documents, ordering,
   tracking and ful llment of all products, and nal install. We recommend Full
   Service design for projects with budgets of $1 million and above.

2) Can Pure Salt help with smaller-scale construction projects?
   At this time, we only take on projects that are large in scale and affect
   the majority or totality of a home, this includes large-scale renovations or
   newbuilds.

3) What should I budget for my project?
   With Full Service Design, we suggest a minimum budget of $1,000,000 or
   more.This includes design fees, materials, and furnishing, but the total
   project cost depends on a project’s size and needs, and may exceed our
   recommended budget.

4) What is the rst step in hiring Pure Salt for my design needs?
   If you’re interested in employing our design services for your residential
   or commercial space, please schedule a consultation on our website

team will be in touch within 1-2 business days to request more
    informationif needed and to con rm the consultation.

5) What is your consultation fee?
   We charge $300 for consultations, which is the equivalent of our hourly
   Full Service Design fee. A custom design fee proposal will be shared with
   you coming out of the consultation meeting demonstrating how many
   design hours will be needed to complete the project.

6) What do you charge for Full Service Design? How do
   youdetermine your project fee?
   Our rate for Full Service Design is $300/hour. Coming out of the
   consultation meeting, we'll send you a proposal which will outline the
   scope of the project and our projected design fee in order to execute
   what's needed. Design fees are billed to the client as each phase of the
   project progresses, and are estimated based on the projected number
   of hours required to design and oversee the completion of the project.

7) What’s included in the Full Service Design fee?
  • 1 hour consultation call to discuss design needs & preferences
  • Custom design fee proposal based on what's needed
  • 3 rounds of design review
  • 3D renderings of every space to demonstrate conceptual &
    material direction for all furniture and/or construction
    designelements
  • Installation of all rooms included on Pure Salt's scope of work
  • Project management and construction oversight during project duration

8) Do you provide client discounts?
   Yes, we provide a 15% discount on all Pure Salt Shoppe product to
   our clients!

9) Do I have to purchase all of the product Pure Salt recommends?
   Absolutely not! While our design team will make selections based on
   what we think will work best for your home, you are not obligated to
   buyall at once. When you receive your proposal you will be able to
   approve or decline items and are welcome to shop on your own or
   purchase through our website at your convenience. Please note, your
   client discount will expire six months from the issue date.

10) Can I use my existing furniture decor?
    Yes! We can take any existing pieces you have into consideration when
    designing for you. We will discuss what you have and would like to
    incorporate during the immersion.

11) How long does the design process take?
    No two projects are alike, therefore completion times vary depending
    on the scope of work and type of project. After each consultation
    meeting, our team pulls together a proposal that includes the estimated
    costs andtimeline for designs.The average design process takes 4-6
    weeks to complete before moving into materials selection and install/
    renovation. Install and construction timing varies by project type and
    contractorschedule.

12) What does a typical project schedule look like?
    As mentioned before, timelines vary from project to project
    dependingon the scope. However, our process remains consistent
    across all work that we do. Our process is as follows:

         • Phase One: (~4-6 weeks total)
            • Consultation - during this meeting we will discuss the details of
              your design needs and determine how we can help bring your
              space to life. Coming out of this meeting, you’ll receive a custom
              design proposal which will provide the all-in design fee to hire us.
            • Design - once we have all of your information including oor
              plans, inspiration photos, Pinterest boards, etc. we will begin
              designing your space. First we start with the layout, then we
              bring the layout to life with design boards and 3D renderings
              that include options for color palettes, furnishings, xtures, etc. It
              is important to us that before selecting and purchasing
              materials that everyone is collectively aligned on an approved
              design concept.

         • Phase Two: (~4-6 weeks total)
            • Design Specifications - once a design concept is approved, we
              detail out the design.This includes speci cation of decorative
              materials and selecting the actual items that bring the approved

design to life.This could include sourcing and purchasing
                                  xtures, ooring, slabs, paint, furniture, lighting, window
                                treatments, appliances, etc. Upon the completion of this phase
                                of work, our team is ready to prepare for construction and/or
                                purchasing for nal install.To ensure all projects are executed
                                asintended, we purchase and make arrangements for all
                                materialsassociated with the design on your behalf by
                                partnering with a host of trusted vendor partners.

                           • Phase Three: (~4-6 weeks for install prep, TBD for construction)
                              • Execution - Once all details are nalized and all
                                items are ordered, our team will begin executing all aspects of
                                the installation and nal styling. On renovation or new
                                construction jobs, this will include overall construction project
                                management and coordination with your contractor. Rather
                                than piecemeal installations as items deliver, we schedule a day
                                (or multiple days depending on project scale) to have our
                                teamexecute the install and transform your space all at once
                                (install furniture, artwork, lighting, decorative accessories, etc.).
                                All furnishing items will be delivered to and stored at our
                                warehouse for a xed monthly fee until everything is ready for
                                install day*.
                                   *Note: additional installation and mover fees are
                                   applicable and will be shared ahead of nal install

          13) What if my budget is small?And what if I’m only looking for
              help with light styling/decorating?
              We fully recognize that employing an interior design studio is a luxury;
              however, we’re able to accommodate a wide variety of budgets with our
              Shoppe Design and Design Concierge services. Clients work with us
              forvery minimal styling needs all the way to full-scale renovations and
              new construction. Our goal is to align on budget expectations very
              early on in the process to make sure everyone involved is on the same
              page about what’s realistic and which design approach makes most
              sense foryou. As mentioned before, Full Service Design is solely
              intended for larger-scale furnishing and construction projects.

14) Can I describe or provide the type of design style that I’m looking
    for so that the Pure Salt team can emulate it?
    As part of the design immersion, our team will discuss your design style,
    preferences and any design references you have at length in order to
    familiarize ourselves with your aesthetic and tailor our designs to your
    specific needs & tastes. Your home is a reflection of who you are, what
    you love, and the world you want to create for your family. Everything we
    do is designed to make your home as “you” as it can be, infused with our
    Pure Salt touch.

15) Can I only hire Pure Salt if I live within the Orange County area?
    No! We work with clients all over the U.S. Most of our clients are based
    locally in Orange County, but we’re capable of working with clients all over
    the country. Full-service design is best suited for local clients, where our
    Shoppe Design service is tailored for out-of-area clients. If you’re not
    localto OC, we can offer Full Service design with Pure Salt’s travel costs
    included in our proposal.
