Welcome! From Your Food & Beverage Team 2018 The Food and Beverage team looks forward to welcoming everyone back for the 2018 season at Forest Highlands Golf Club. This will be my 23rd season at Forest Highlands and how the time has flown by. As always, we strive to fine tune our event schedule every year to offer plenty of variety and creative dining options. You will also see some improvements to your favorite events based on your feedback from 2017. Our number one goal is to offer the membership plenty of high quality dining options so you never want to leave club. Some highlights that I will mention… Mark Thomas Director of Food & Beverage • We have a new weekly event on Wednesday nights at the Meadow, Asian Night. • Our annual Taste of Forest Highland event is on June 9th this year. • Prime Rib Night is now taking place on Fridays at the Canyon. • There will be a monthly Special Seafood Night at the Meadow. Please take a moment to look through this very special calendar of events. There are some minor changes to the hours of operation but our weekly dining schedule remains almost identical to last years. You will see many of your favorite events listed and you will notice a few new events. We are not able to have all SPECIAL dining events listed for the summer as some scheduling is determined closer to the season. Please keep an eye out in your weekly emails and our website for additional events and scheduling changes. We are very excited about creating many truly memorable experiences for you and your family this season. Lastly, we like to remind everyone at the start of every season how important reservations are at Forest Highlands. We recognize that many of us make our dining decisions at the last minute; however, reservations are critical in the club environment where limited resources are allocated to critical areas on a daily basis. Your advance notice helps the kitchen anticipate how many potential meals should be prepared, it helps the dining room to schedule staff for the evening and create a balanced flow of members dining so everyone can have exceptional service. Please help us provide all members great service this summer by making a reservation whenever dining at the club. Even a last minute notification to the dining room is a tremendous help.
